1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between stv99 ("stv99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the stv99 platform at stv99.io. stv99 is an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, and other gaming products delivered in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the stv99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and stv99. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, game-specific rules, or bonus terms published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

stv99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on the stv99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. stv99 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all registered players. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the stv99 platform.
2. Identity: You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, or using fictitious identity information, is strictly prohibited.
3. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing bets or accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the stv99 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
5. Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under any court-ordered guardianship arrangement are not permitted to register.

During registration and at any point thereafter, stv99 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a platform requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the past three months.

stv99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration of an account does not guarantee access to any specific product, promotion, or feature offered by the Platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your stv99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify stv99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• stv99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay account verification and withdrawal processing.
• You must not allow any other person, including a family member, to use your stv99 account to place bets, access games, or conduct any transaction.
• stv99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any balance held within it to another party.

stv99 monitors account activity for irregularities including but not limited to: multiple login attempts from different devices or geographic locations, unusual betting patterns, and inconsistencies between registered information and transaction data. Where such irregularities are detected, stv99 may place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the stv99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). stv99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your stv99 account within sixty seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
4. Withdrawal Processing: stv99 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time may be processed the following business day. stv99 does not impose a platform fee on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5. Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. stv99 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made only to verified payment accounts registered in your name.
6. Source of Funds: stv99 may request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in a delay or refusal of a withdrawal request.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the stv99 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport, competition, and event type. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when stv99 has issued a bet confirmation reference number. A bet that has not received a confirmation number is not a valid bet and will not be settled.
• stv99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets placed on events where odds have been published in error or where market integrity concerns have been identified.
• In-play bets are subject to the Platform's live betting rules. Network latency, connection interruptions, or device issues on the Player's side that affect the placement of an in-play bet will not constitute grounds for a claim against stv99.
• All casino games, including live dealer games and slot games, are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. stv99 does not operate its own random number generator (RNG) software; all RNG outcomes are determined by the game provider's independently certified systems.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session that results in an incomplete game round, stv99 will use its system logs to determine the appropriate resolution. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wagered amount for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets. stv99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Specific rules for cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and ICC tournaments — are available within the cricket section of the Platform. Where an event is abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for that event type.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

stv99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Eligibility: stv99 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments, geographic regions, payment methods, or product types. A Player who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for a promotion will not receive the associated bonus.
3. One Promotion Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, and per IP address. Players found to be circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts will have all associated bonuses voided.
4. Abuse and Exploitation: stv99 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to exploit the promotion rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
5. Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without further notice.

7 Responsible Gaming

stv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, fair, and sustainable betting environment for all eligible players. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. • Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. A request to increase an existing limit will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• stv99 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any account where the Platform identifies patterns of play that suggest the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

stv99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposit balance (net of any bonuses) will be returned to the Player's payment method. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stv99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with stv99.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the stv99 sportsbook.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing account-level restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing stv99 staff or other users of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the stv99 platform — including but not limited to the stv99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of stv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any stv99 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the stv99 platform without the prior written consent of stv99. Unauthorised use of stv99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, stv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if stv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

stv99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. stv99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond stv99's reasonable control.

11 Privacy and Data

stv99's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the stv99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy can be accessed via the Information section of the Platform footer.

stv99 uses SSL encryption on all sessions to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account access is protected by password and OTP-based two-factor authentication. stv99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers.

12 Amendments to These Terms

stv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, stv99 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable. Where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, amended Terms may take effect without advance notice.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which stv99 operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

stv99 operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladeshi players. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws in Bangladesh. stv99 makes no representation that the Platform or any content accessible through it is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those for which the Platform is intended.
